Where do I enter Employee TD1 claim amounts?

Employee Federal and Provincial TD1 claim amounts obtained from TD1 forms completed upon employment start, are entered against the employee file. The field can be updated if changes to an employee's situation occur however the change is effectice when the change is made and no cosideration is in place for retroative adjustments.
