If I make a change to an income item will it become effective emmediately and will it effect previous payruns?

Making changes to an Income Payroll item can be done as of a specified date and the change will conditionally affect the income payroll item at the employee level. the condition where it will affect the income payroll item at the employee level is if usage control has been made inactive, meaning changes to the attributes of the income payroll item are not allowed at the employee level. If this is the case, any changes made at the Company level will filter down to the Employee.
