Problem

Company address is not correct on the login screen. The same incorrect address is also on the invoice forms printed from System Five.

Solution

The address and phone number in the image above are controlled by the wincode license codes that are given to you from Windward Software. To change your address, please contact your Windward account manager and request a change of your company address and/or phone number. After your company information has been changed then a new set of wincode license codes will be emailed to you.

Note: Invoice forms using the default design pull your company information from the wincode license file. After your wincodes have been used to update your system then your invoice forms will immediately print with the new address and/or phone number.
