This will cause the processor to use about 95% of its resources just to run System Five, and as a result, the log in will be delayed by about 30 seconds or more, and may even make Windows appear to be not responding. I was not able to determine why this would have been enabled under Windows 8, because System Five does not need this turned on. Also we could not determine if Windows 8 enabled this during the installation, or if this was enabled by a user. Turning this off resulted in cutting the time to the log in screen back fro 30 seconds or more, down to under 2 seconds.
