Third Party Billing Module - Authorizations Limits are reached or exceeded

Authorizaiton limits indicate the maximum quantity and/or value that the Third Party will cover. When the Maximum is reached the system allows for billing directly to the customer as well as adding authorizaitons on the fly, to allow for easier processing of customer transactions.
