reset_the_pin_pad_sequence_number

Resetting a Pin Pad Sequence Number with Mercury Payments

Use this function only if:

  • You just set your Pin Pad ID for this terminal
  • You cannot approve debit cards on this terminal
  • You moved a Pin Pad from one terminal to another
  • You lost power or the terminal crashed during a transaction
  • You were asked by Mercury Support or Windward Support to run the Resequence option




Pin Pad Sequence Reset

  • On the topmost menu In System Five select Mercury Pay
  • Select Pin Pad Sequence Reset
