 +===== 2 Things to remember when making corrections to S5 installation on an RD Host or Terminal Server =====
 +
 +==== 1. Switch to Install Mode ====
 +
 +
 +the RD Session Host server must first be switched into a special install mode called RD-Install to ensure that the application will be able to run in a multi-user environment. After your applications have been installed on your RD Session Host server, you must switch the server back into execution mode (RD-Execute) before users can remotely connect to your server.
 +
 +**Syntax**
 +               change user {/install | execute | query}
 +NOTE:
 +This will only work for members of administrator. So you need to be logged in as an administrator through RDP. Then run Command Prompt as an administrator.
 +
 +Proceed and switch to INSTALL Mode.
 +
 +{{:change-user-install.jpg?500|}}
 +
 +  * You can now go on and install the software and once done, switch back to execute mode before letting users to login.
 +
 +Run Command Prompt as administrator again if you have close it previously. If not, just go on and switch to /execute mode
 +
 +{{::change-user-execute.jpg?500|}}
 +
 +==== 2. Avoid using S5install.exe ====
 +
 +if S5 is already running on this machine don't use the installer because this will change a lot things in terms of access to the installation files and folders. Other RDP users except for the one you are currently logged in , will get errors. Use **s5update.exe** instead
