quick_cash_is_not_refreshing_after_a_sale_is_completed

Quick Cash not re-opening after a sale is completed

Problem:

When the current Quick Sale is completed a new Quick Sale screen is not opened.



Solution:

In the Setup Wizard check under Invoice SetupInvoice Numbering Method

If this selection is set to Before, then the Quick Cash screen will not reopen when a sale is completed.
The recommendation is to change the setting to Auto.
