Common printing options to configure

  1. Invoice receipt form to print signature. In the invoice total, drag the “Signature Capture” field found in “Credit Card” onto the invoice layout.
  2. Configure statement form to print the signature column. In the Items selecting from the list of available, drag the “Invoice Signature” column into the columns column and adjust print order as required. Also common to un-check “Print Grid Lines”. Note: The signatures will NOT display on invoices that are printed as part of the statements. This is a known limitation. Instead, use the “Invoice Signature” column as indicated above.
