 +The default security settings for Vista have "User Control Manager" enabled. This will prompt the user to confirm every action and thus will stop the Pervasive Workstation Engine from starting on boot-up. To disable the "User Control Manager" in Vista, please do the following:

 +  * Click on the option to "Turn User Account Control on or off"
