When re-printing an invoice with the signature on it, It is not working

Steps taken: Opened up an existing invoice with signature on it and go to “Options\View Document Signatures”

We clicked the “Print” button and the Adobe Reader Print window appears Then we clicked the “Print” button again on the lower right side.

It will then give an error “An error occurred while printing the document.

Solution is to disable the security enhanced -this can be done by opening up the “Adobe Acrobat Reader..” -go to Edit then Preferences -then go to “Security (Enhanced) -and uncheck the “enable protected mode at startup” and “enable enhanced security” -then click OK to save it.
