 +====== Summary ======
 +There are varios behaviours and problems that can occur when trying to view Adobe Acrobat PDF files. The most common printings that are sent to PDF are invoices or statements. There are a couple different error messages that can come up. There are different configurations that have common problems. For example if you are logging on to terminal services, even if Adobe is installed the user will not have enough permissions to create the file. Here are some error messages that come up
 +===== Error messages =====
 +In all scenarios verify that PDF printing has been setup correctly by consulting the help file for instructions.
 +==== Adobe is running and may be locking the file you are going to write. Continue to write PDF document? ====
 +This message may mean that when trying to open PDF it was busy writing the file or that when going to write the file you did not have permission to do so. Usually waiting a moment and clicking yes gives the PDF file enough time to be created. This will not work if it is a permissions problem. To test if it is a permissions problem first log on to the console as administrator and see if there is a problem. If there is not a problem here, then please talk to your network technician for assistance as there permissions are being refused at some point when they should not. It is your network technicans responsibility to fix these permissions.

 +===== Other Solutions =====
 +If you can't seem to fix the permissions error, and you have setup and configured PDF printing correctly there is another way to get around the problem. You can go to www.primopdf.com and install free software that allows you to create PDF files by simply printing to a printer driver.
